We started Hire Wise in 2022 because we lived both sides of that problem. Brilliant engineers rejected by ATS bots because their CVs had the wrong format. Employers missing their best hire because it landed in a pile of 300 others.
So we built the tools we wished existed — then connected them into a single platform that actually works.

Hire Wise was born from frustration — broken hiring processes, ghosted candidates, employers drowning in irrelevant applications. We set out to fix all three.
AI CV Builder launched
Built the ATS Resume Builder from scratch. First product to cross ₹1 lakh in revenue. 95% of CVs built with us now pass automated screening systems.
100+ placements & LinkedIn Builder
Crossed 100 successful placements across India. Launched the LinkedIn Profile Builder. Expanded to serve 50+ companies across sectors.
